The Process
We learn your company, technology, team, and commercial context. We dig into your brand style, design direction, and what the system needs to communicate. Includes an onboarding call and a Week 2 check-in. Shared updates keep you in the loop throughout.
We build everything: website, GoHighLevel backend, AI tools, content system. You're not building anything — you're reviewing and approving. We handle design, development, configuration, and integration. Regular async updates and a mid-build review checkpoint.
The engine is live and we move into content and outreach. We activate the system alongside you — running the first sequences, publishing initial content, and making sure your team can operate it confidently going forward.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much of my time does this require?
Significantly less than the Sprint. Your primary involvement is the onboarding session, a mid-build review, and the handover training. We handle everything in between. Most founders report 3–4 hours total of direct involvement across the build phase.
What do you need from us to get started?
An onboarding call, access to any existing brand assets (logo, color palette, fonts), and answers to a pre-work questionnaire we send in advance. If you don't have brand assets, we handle that too — just let us know on the discovery call.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
Most agencies produce deliverables. We produce infrastructure. The difference is that when we're done, you have a system your team can operate — not a website that needs a retainer to update, and not a strategy deck that sits in a drawer. Everything is designed to be owned and operated by your team.
